Quick & Healthy Dip
Serving-size: 1/4 cup
All You Need:
1 cup traditional hummus
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup canned black beans
All You Do:
- Mix hummus, salsa and beans in a glass bowl and heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Stir and serve with baked tortilla chips or veggies. (May also serve this dip cold.)
