Raspberry Summer Sensation Dessert

I Scream, You Scream…We All Scream For Ice Cream!

Enjoy this recipe for Raspberry Summer Sensation! It will satisfy your craving for ice cream only in a much healthier way. Perfect for a summer treat, Raspberry Summer Sensation, is a dessert that takes little effort but provides a tasty treat! The finished product is pretty enough to serve even for a fancy event.

 

 

Raspberry Summer Sensation Dessert

Makes: 12 servings

 

1 pt. (2 cups) raspberry sherbet, softened

1 pkg.  (1 oz.) Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding

1 cup cold fat-free milk

1 tub (8 oz.) low-fat Whipped Topping, thawed

1 cup raspberries

 

  1. Line 9×5 inch loaf pan with foil. Spoon sherbet into prepared pan; freeze 10 minutes.
  2. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 minutes. Stir in whipped topping; spread over sorbet.
  3. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Unmold onto plate; remove foil. Let stand 10 minutes to soften slightly before slicing to serve. Top with berries.

 

Per serving: 110 calories; 1 g protein; 21 g carbohydrates; 1 g fiber; 0 mg cholesterol; 115 mg sodium; 2.5 g total fat
