FREE Heart Health Class – Take Care of Your Ticker
February is Heart Health Month. The Olathe Public Library Downtown branch is hosting Take Care of Your Ticker event on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 12:00-1:30 p.m. Learn about heart health to keep it ticking for years to come. And how to manage the silent killer: high blood pressure. A dietitian will talk about heart-healthy eating, demonstrate how to make healthy meals, and provide you with resources to take care of your heart!
